My Take on COVID-19 from the GNM Perspective…UPDATED REGULARLY
I’d prefer not to be giving this coronavirus issue any energy but due to so many questions I am receiving, and the increased hype about this apparent outbreak, I thought I’d offer my understanding of it.
First of all, if you haven’t read about Dr Hamer’s German New Medicine, or GNM, then you need to as this will make a lot more sense then. So go to my article The Wisdom of German New Medicine. A very simple introduction to GNM is that a trauma can cause what is termed as a conflict shock which triggers a response in our brain to make adaptations in our body so we can better cope with the trauma. Specific conflicts trigger specific organs. When the conflict is resolved, our body goes into healing which is when we experience the symptoms of disease we are familiar with, and this is basically our body getting back to normal. There’s a lot more to it than that. It is an exact science.
So let’s get this into perspective – according to the WHO’s own website, a coronavirus is merely a common cold and an overwhelming majority of the deaths are vulnerable people who have had serious underlying conditions. Vulnerable elderly people often get colds that lead to pneumonia and then die because they are less able to cope with healing. Only now it is being reported on as something ‘novel’ that we are all at risk from.

Besides this, according to both GNM and Dr Lanka, viruses have never actually been proven to exist. They are a hypothesis, which is something that has never been proved to be true. Dr Hamer also proved scientifically that contagion is also a hypothesis. Why don’t you know about this? Well, this science is extremely suppressed, as you would imagine! So many billion-dollar industries rely on the existence of viruses!
What about the testing and different Coronavirus strains?
The testing for the virus only detects the presence of proteins/antigens and not a virus itself (so a positive test is based upon assumption of the presence of a virus) but these are likely present due to the body’s process of healing, either a waste product or facilitating tissue replenishment. As the so-called viruses aren’t physically seen but assumed, this means there can be no actual physical identification of different strains apart from through the symptoms presented or maybe different patterns or properties of proteins/antigens. This can be explained by GNM science as the differences are due to the different healing processes the body is carrying out and where these processes are taking place. Therefore, apparent different strains of the virus stated in WHO are based upon the assumption that there is a different strain. These ‘novel’ observations have been called COVID-19.
The PCR test detects these protein particles, the problem being that protein particles can be present in different biological programmes that may be running in the body. In biological programmes controlled from the brainstem and cerebellum, they are present in conflict active stage where there are virtually no symptoms which explains why asymptomatic people can be tested positively. Conventional medicine misinterprets this as someone being a ‘carrier’. But as they are present in many biological processes, the majority of us would likely be positive.
There is also a great interview with Dr Andrew Kaufman entitled ‘the Anatomy of COVID-19‘ in which he explains how we are simply observing the cells own processing. He explains these proteins are exosomes which are produced by cells when the body is stressed. He also explains that the test method itself is inaccurate (80% false positives). This is because the particles are not isolated before amplification, meaning a lot of other particles are also amplified basically muddying the water, and as they use thre maximum amplification advised, they are more likely to see the particles that they class as the ‘virus’.
So what is it here that is so contagious and causing symptoms?
Allow me to explain….
The only contagion is fear and panic. And when you understand GNM you understand that this fear and panic causes conflicts that trigger a condition that presents symptoms such as breathing difficulties, cough, stuffy/runny nose and fever.
In addition, fear will actually increase susceptibility to experiencing one of these triggering conflicts (known in GNM as conflict shocks).
Potential conflict shocks caused by fear and panic of catching a ‘virus’ are:-
- fear of contagion – stink conflict affecting the nose (when we think, I don’t want to smell the airborne germs)
- fear of an attack to the lungs, affecting the pleura (the protective lining around the chest cavity) – fear of a virus attacking the lungs
- territorial fear affecting the bronchial mucosa (your body is your territory)
The self-isolation measures that are put into place have brought on new symptoms of themselves which have been added to the COVID-19 symptom checklist:
- Lack of sense of smell – this is caused by a ‘unable to smell my offspring’ conflict and it’s commonly experienced in grandparents who miss their grandchildren and parents who are not able to see their children.
- Lack of sense of taste – this is caused by a ‘unable to catch the taste’ conflict which is commonly experienced when we miss the taste of favourite foods or great there will be a shortage.
- Red eyes – not only had this been introduced at the start of ‘hayfever season’, but it could also be a sight morsel where we are unable to see loved ones.
This may sound far-fetched to those who are new to GNM, but Dr Hamer’s discoveries scientifically explain how fear causes disease.
Having symptoms or receiving an actual diagnosis lends itself to an additional conflict – caused by diagnosis shock! Increased inflammation causing a cough to become pneumonia is triggered by an existence conflict if we think our life is in danger, a hospitalisation conflict if we are put into hospital or even an isolation conflict if we are separated from our loved ones.
As many are aware who have looked into GNM, anything that causes stress, such as fear and panic, will cause our healing to slow down as we need to be restful and calm for the healing phase. Increased stress can cause a longer and more intensive healing phase and therefore intense symptoms. Therefore, if we were to have the symptoms of a common cough, the fear and panic will make a whole lot worse, and even cause it to develop into pneumonia as I previously explained, whereas without the fear and panic, it would just run its coarse like any other cough or cold you may have had in the past.
So do you see how this now forms a familiar pattern?
So what about the images, videos in the Media?
An electron microscope does not take colour photos so they are obviously computer generated. Basically we have no way of knowing whether what we are told is true or not! In this day and age, absolutely anything can be faked and the media is often caught out for fake or manipulated news. It is very easy to use media to promote fear propaganda, and most often this appears to be its purpose.
Dr Andrew Kaufman gives a clear explanation in his interview in the video linked above on what we are actually observing.
Is there a Connection to 5g?
There have been a lot of people linking the 5g rollout in Wuhan and on the Diamond Princess to the outbreak of symptoms. The effect of 5g on the water in the cells of our body and the disruption to oxygen uptake are 2 of the proposed causes. This is beyond the scope of GNM science as the radiation could act as a poison to the body causing symptoms without a conflict shock.
There are a few possibilities but I do personally think the 5G rollout likely played a part, though not in the way that people may think.
From the GNM perspective, if 5g had an immediate negative effect on the body, it could have caused a lot of physical stress on the people, reducing their ability to heal and making them more susceptible to experience conflict shocks. However I would have expected from this scenario that there would be a lot of different conflicts, rather than the same.
This can be all explained purely from the GNM perspective without 5g having any immediate effect on the body. With this, I am not dismissing the potential that 5g disrupts our health in the longer term. But here is how it goes:
If 5g was perceived as a threat to health by those believing it would be, it could cause what is known in GNM as a Territorial Fear conflict for those who were afraid of the effects of it prior to switch on. The territory could be their body, their home or their town, and this conflict affects the bronchial mucosa. Then, in the scenario where it switched on and nothing immediately happened, their conflict would have resolved, causing them to go into healing where they experience the symptoms of the ‘virus’. And these symptoms have been named as COVID-19.
That is a scenario that puts 5g as an indirect cause, the main cause being the belief/fear of the negative effects of 5g.
Other Territorial Fears
Of course 5g is not the only fear of territory. As mentioned above, a pandemic would cause a territorial fear, but also what about Brexit? How many were scared of the thought of staying in or leaving the EU (depending on how they voted) – now that would be a big territorial fear which has now resolved – hence the symptoms!
From a purely GNM perspective, this makes perfect sense and is how I believe it has played out – and as there are a variety of current issues that would cause a territorial fear in different areas, it is difficult to prove or pinpoint. This shows the strong psyche/brain/organ link demonstrating how much our strong beliefs result in an increased susceptibility to experience conflict shocks.
Of course, the majority of further cases are not going to be caused by contagion, but linked to either fear of the contagion, or fear of 5g rollout in their area, or anything else that has a threat on the territory! Even the brawls and madness in supermarkets could cause a territorial fear if your trolley, or shopping was your territory!
The second biological law of nature explains that symptoms occur once a conflict has been resolved and we’ve gone into healing. Therefore, once our isolation is lifted, and the territorial fear is resolved as we are told the ‘virus’ is no longer a threat, we are likely to see a new wave of cases. We will likely also see apparent outbreaks of the resolution of other conflicts such as:
Measles as separation conflicts resolve where children have been separated from their friends and school
GI problems (stomach flu) where indigestible morsel (news or a situation that cannot be digested) conflicts
Kidney Problems / UTI infections when isolation conflucts resolve.
Of course these will likely be portrayed as ‘virus mutations’.
If these conflicts are downgraded, so they are lifted slowly rather than suddenly, then the resolutions and healing symptoms will be minor. Then we may be told the virus is weakening and we are winning. This would obviously be the best course of action for the media to take to prevent intensive symptoms en masse.
So what can we do about it?
First of all, you need to avoid any fear by seeing it from a different perspective – it is a common cough/cold after all! So knowing this you can at least downgrade the fear! Downgrading is especially important as explained above in the aftermath.
Then just keep on doing what you would always be doing to ensure you are fit and healthy:-
- ensure your body is healthy by eating a natural wholefood diet, support your support system (what GNM calls the immune system) take whatever supplements you feel you need to be strong and healthy, get some exercise, etc – just common sense stuff really. Some suggested supplements are listed below.
- ensure your mind is healthy, by thinking lots of positive thoughts, and spending some time in nature. You could even take up meditation.
- While you may want to joke about some of the absurdity of the panic buying, the mania over something that really is quite trivial, don’t do this too much, it is all still going in to your subconscious – and our subconscious often cannot recognise a joke!
- if you do start to feel anxious, distract yourself with something you love doing until it passes, or your logical mind can start thinking sensibly!
If you are ‘self-isolating’ – to minimise the risk of Isolation Conflict, firstly do not use the word isolating/isolation! You are choosing to stay at home. You could make a to-do list of all the things you never get around to doing, reading or watching (just not the mainstream news!!), and of course take time for self-care and for you and your family to connect, play games and do things you never have time for (these can be done remotely if you live alone!). Sorting out photo albums, decorating, crafts, Yoga, meditation are just some of the things you may want to do. Changing your perception of this time, by making it a positive, constructive time can really help to alleviate the risk of suffering an isolation conflict.
If you get some symptoms, understand your conflict has resolved and you are in healing (if this wasn’t the case then there wouldn’t be any symptoms) and welcome your healing phase, knowing that you will get better without the fear of getting worse. To reiterate: Symptoms mean you are Healing! You need to trust the innate wisdom and strength of your body.
And lastly do not fear contagion, as I explained it is just a hypothesis. But respect the space of those who do believe in contagion if they are not open to this new information so you don’t cause them a conflict shock!
